A Return Authorization Code is required to return products to The KJV Place. Contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product and we will advise on the process for any particular item. Returnable items are eligible for an exchange or refund (minus shipping charges). The return policy may vary with some products. Examples :
1. The Sunday School Lesson material from Bogard Press is only returnable prior to the quarter for the item starting.
2. The Franklin Electronic Bibles are only returnable if the item is defective or damaged.

All refund requests without an even exchange are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee or 10% of the purchase price, whichever amount is greater.
Please Note: Items returned without proper notification to The KJV Place, without an Authorization Code, to the wrong address, or not adhering to this return policy in any way are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE, AND NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL BE ISSUED ON SUCH RETURNS.
Cancelations :
Most orders may be canceled at no charge if we are contacted with such a request within 24 hours after placing the order. If you wish to cancel an order after more than 24 hours has passed a 3% cancelation charge may apply.
